Amnesty International Portugal has created a manual to help reduce forced displacements and sent it to various municipalities and associations. The first one was delivered at the Amadora City Hall, by Amnesty International’s General Secretary, Kumi Naidoo, during a vigil for the right to housing that happened next to the building.
