Tired of the images of pain, tears and suffering, we climbed high to show that in Portugal thousands of people are #withOpenArms saying #IWelcome. They all know that there is no other way to resolve the biggest refugee crisis since World War II.
This action celebrated the World Refugee Day, 20th june 2018. During several days, after the sunset, the iconic statue of Christ the King in Almada, facing Lisbon, displayed welcoming messages in several languages.
